Google to Acquire DoubleClick for $3.1 Billion
Google officially announced the acquisition of DoubleClick.com for $3.1 Billion on the 14th of April. DC was established in 1996 and was acquired by Hellman and Friedman in 2005 for $1.1 Billion.
